Shipping is paid by the customer. We have flat rates available and post locally and interstate. Please see shipping flat rates at point of sale. Our canvases are securely bubble wrapped in bubblewrap and then packed into cardboard boxes. We pack each canvas with the utmost care, to ensure it's ready for it's journey to its new home. Once the order has been sent, a tracking number will be provided. A signature is required upon delivery of your order. In the unlikely event your canvas is damaged in transit, we are covered by insurance.
Please note we do not ship to a PO Box. Please make sure you enter your postal address correctly as we cannot be held liable for delivery to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We print on demand, we do not accept returns. We ensure the utmost care is taken when packing to avoid damage. Should your canvas arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the courier. Clear photographic proof of damage must be emailed to info@raptureimagery.com.au for insurance purposes. In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit, we will replace your order.
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Amex. We do NOT pass on credit card fees to our customers.
